I have a genetic issue with my eyesight that very few doctors have understood, let alone treated in the past. Soon after my move to Midland, I was referred by a colleague to Dr. Bigelow. He was very friendly, had experience with my condition, and made me feel really at ease. I could not be more relieved. His staff was lovely as well and I would highly recommend.

Sorry for delay of an excellent review, but I broke my left hip and femur. I had the pleasure of being a new patient of this great Dr. The staff was pleasant and knowledgeable . My waiting time was very minimal. His assistant Liz, was excellent. She gave me pointers in my exam to make it easier for me. Dr. Bigelow went way above the call of duty. Explaining to me what narrow angles were. He was so very detailed. And honest.. I was not ready for cataract surgery at that time. I was so comfortable in his office. Bravo!

I started experiencing symptoms of open-angle glaucoma 6 months ago, and Dr. Bigelow has been incredibly helpful and caring. He prescribed me medication to control the pressure in my eye, and follows up after every appointment. The symptoms have decreased since. Incredible doctor, would strongly recommend.

Dr. Bigelow is an incredible, incredible professional. My son has amblyopia, and I have taken him to Dr. Bigelow multiple times because he is genuinely caring and incredibly knowledgeable. We had been to multiple physicians before, but Dr. Bigelow is by far the best we have seen.

Dr Bigelow recently performed cateract surgery on my 83 year old mother. He was a great Doctor, professional, caring, and followed up after surgery with a call to address any possible ssues or concerns. My mother was very pleased with both cateract surgeries. We would definitely recommend Dr Bigelow to family and friends. It's doctors like Dr Bigelow that really do make the difference! ! Thank you!
