Dr Pinney worked with me for 6 years, was referred to him countless times. He said I had to quit sports, which to a 19 year old devoted athlete is devastating news. He said that my hips and knees and joints were so bad I’d have to be okay with enjoying yoga as my sport for the rest of my life. He said most of my pain was psychological because he knew of my previous history. I went for a singular X-ray down at advanced orthopedic specialist with Dr. Farjo and within 30 seconds he said I have FAI and a torn labrum. Now tell me how someone for 6 years can lead me to think my active lifestyle was coming to an end just due to improper training and technique. Don’t go here or to his son. I’ve heard numerous of the same stories. Yoga is his favorite “sport”!!!
