Dr. Grossman herself was ok enough, but this office is constantly 30-60 minutes late for appointments and then you felt rushed through your own appointment. We moved providers because of this.

Dr. Grossman recommended the Covid-19 vaccine to my two kids (when my ex took them in). I called to meet with her to ask her questions about the side effects, antibodies, etc. She cancelled my appointment and told me to find my answers on the CDC website. WHY are you recommending something if you're showing me that you actually don't know anything about the vaccine?!!! Sketchy.....

Absolutely rude staff at the front desk, the two young ladies answering the phone where condescending and arrogant. Dr. Grossman was highly recommended and was nice on our visit but if this type of behavior continues it will be the reason we leave.

She is the best doctor!! She has a kind heart and a large variety of ways to help kids!! She helped me soo much if you want a good doctor your lookin at her!!! Goooo call get your kid into dr Grossman!!!!

We've been with FMA since my son was very young. As the practice grew the care declined, specifically within the last year or two. In the past few months alone we had a prescription submitted into the pharmacy mail order system rather than the retail location we requested. That was a bit of a nightmare to fix. The very next prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy altogether. Then at our most recent visit we were informed that the practice no longer accepted our insurance. No letter was ever sent. Patients were never notified of the change. As I'm standing in the office waiting for an appt. I'm told that if I want my son to see the doctor I have to pay for the entire visit out of pocket. And if I choose not to keep the appt. I will be charged a late cancellation fee. This is completely unacceptable. No apology. No accountability for their lack of communication. It takes very little to run a report of the patients affected by the choice to drop the insurance and notify them. I would expect a great deal more for patients who have been with you for a decade.

Dr. Grossman does a great job, but she does have back to back appointments all day. Her staff is great! Dr. Grossman says it like it is and I know that some parents don't want to hear the truth sometimes. Dr. Grossman is extremely knowledgeable and has a bunch of kids herself, so she has the mom factor too.

My gaughter has seen dr grossman and/or Kate for 10 years. Very pleased with the care she receives. Everyone has been kind and attentive. As most Dr offices, waiting time can be a bit long at times.

Recommended more drugs after telling them "there are horrific side affects" of a medication. Then refused to listen to the details of the side affects. Condescending staff. Told us insurance does not cover services we have verified it does. Please heavily consider taking your child somewhere else. There are other doctors offices. View the extra drive as an investment into your child's future.

The Dr. and nurses are amazing! The only reason I gave them a 4 is due to the wait at times.

Dr. Grossman has been excellent with our son who has febrile seizures. She takes time during her appointments and our 2 year-old loves her.
