I like and trust Dr Aloff. She listens and answers questions well. The office is managed atrociously. They cancel appointments and then won’t get you rescheduled for months. Refuse to let you see a physician for a physical. They removed my college age children as patients because they had not had an office visit for two years. I do not recommend this practice.

Most disorganized behind the ball doctors office I have ever witnessed. Staff is extremely rude. Physician does not care about patients. I would not go to this office for treatment… may go in but not come out. I would give them a negative score if I could. Steer clear of this office, the physicians and practitioner.

Dr Aloff, and her staff of PAs including Cindy Beadle, are the best medical practice I've ever been treated by. They are courteous, professional, and highly skilled at diagnosis and treatment. They've helped me through some difficult times and I highly recommend them.

Dr. Aloff sent me a certified letter stating she refuses to treat me and my husband further. I recently called to find out if I had to wear a mask to enter facility for my yearly physical. They said yes or I could not enter. I asked to have them cancel and contact me to reschedule when they no longer have a mask requirement. Instead a week later I received the certified letter refusing to treat me with a heart condition and my husband with a life threatening thyroid condition. She also wrote that it is her opinion that masks are scientifically proven to stop the spread or transmission of a virus. I would never recommend any physician that ignores their hypocratic oath and in my opinion cancel cultured us for political reasons.

I was sent a certified letter from Dr. Aloff saying she would no longer treat me as her patient after over 2 decades as her patient because I called her office and asked if I had to wear a mask to come in for my yearly physical. After her receptionist told me I could not enter without a mask I asked to have them cancel my upcoming appointment and call me to reschedule when masks were no longer required. I received an email a few days later to reschedule my appointment. I responded asking does that mean they no longer require masks. I heard nothing in response until a week later when I got the certified letter cancelling me as her patient and she also cancelled my husband who has been going to her as long as I have. She also stated in the letter there is scientific proof that masks stop and prevent spread of a virus. That is scary and not true even the CDC says masks don't work. I have a heart condition that requires medications and my husband has a thyroid condition that also requires life saving medications. I am very disappointed and in my opinion feel Dr. Aloff for political reasons refuses to continue treating my husband and me as her patients.

Does not listen and is so busy trying to rush you out of the office to see the next patient...not good at diagnosing and ordering the right tests...you have to research on your own and request specific treatments or tests on your own...always seems too busy for her patients....

Dr. Aloff takes the time to hear your concerns and genuinely cares about your overall well being. She has a great bedside manner.

It's interesting how doctors can pick an choose who they except as new patients, upon phoning office I was asked what insurance provider, I had and yes (from that provider) she was taking new patients after filling out their forms, I received a call the next morning that she would not be excepting me as a new patient. when I asked for an explanation I was not given a reason why. I am a healthy female with no existing medical conditions, so this seems discriminating to me.

Dr. Aloff is excellent physician. I have many medical challenges and she is always attentive to how treating one problem effects the others. Never realized how important trust and safety would mean. Dr. Aloff is great person. She is fun, smart and reliable. Not to mention that when she had me transferred to Ann Arbor in a coma and on a ventilator she came to Ann Arbor to check on me. I have more I could say and they are all positive. Can’t believe how blessed I am to have such a wonderful doctor and friend.

Dr Aloff was an excellent guide when I dealt with a stroke several years ago. She helped me find the right specialists to treat the unexpected complications. She understands my desire to get to the bottom of problems, not just take a pill to mask symptoms. my sister who works in a major hospital was also impressed.
