Frustrating to get someone to pick up phone call or call back.
Was very happy with Dr. Huang. She took the time to listen to my issues and provided some options for treatment. I would have given her a 5 stars but the office staff is not very friendly and helpful.
Long waits, poor bedside manner, poor knowledge of the disease of EoE. I got a second opinion because I felt she misdiagnosed me and sure enough she did. She pushes meds over natural ways to deal with disease.
I met with Dr. Huang for a consult for endometriosis/adenomyosis. Firstly, I love the fact that she sent me for a MRI before I stepped for into her office. When I arrived at the office, I waited about 10 minutes before i was taken to the back to see her. Once in with the doctor, she went over my MRI with me and showed me what she felt was causing my excruitiating pain and then she went over with me what she felt would be the best means of correcting the problem. She then went on to ask what I felt about her plan and if I had any other questions. She took great deal of time discussing with me and before I left her office I had a date set for surgery. At age 43, she understood that I did not want to have a hysterectomy. She understood that I desired to have children and not for once dis whe make me feel that I was too old or that my problem was too great to fix. Her reassurance, the fact that she cared so much about what I've been dealing with for so long gave me the comfort and reassurance that I needed in order to allow her to do my surgery.
Some Doctors are in the profession for patient care, healing and health. Others are in it for the money and do not care about their patients and are greedy. This doctor is the later and worst I have ever heard of.
If you ever have the misfortune of having this doctor as your GI as I have be sure to change her ASAP. She is the most INCOMPETENT doctor I have yet to deal with and i've met some VERY incompetent and uncaring doctors in my years. Just impossible to get a reach of, and when you get the pitty call 2 weeks later it will be from her nurse, because God forbid she'd take a minute for her patients. Rest assured the topics were far from irrelevant or mediocre, i'd been in severe condition and left her messages for 3 days with out a peep to be heard! So I had to take care of the situation on my own (aka: research online; i.e: russian roulette!) then I relapsed and left her AGAIN endless messages also only to be ignored, and had to handle things on my own. Then another severe relapse erupted of which she said is my worst yet... yet she STILL found it acceptable to give me NO attention whatsoever not even a pain killer... but she made sure she left me with false hope of a trial that had already ENDED for almost a month but keep in mind was fully open when I was hospitalized 6 months prior and in immense need of such a promising option. Only to take it away at my worst of times...

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
