My wife and I went to Urgent Care today for a Sebaceous Cyst which we thought was inflamed/infected. We saw Dr Kirk J. Bortel MD who was very knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. His staff was great too. The Sebaceous Cyst needed to be removed. Dr Bortel performed in a fantastic way with the highest degree of skillfulness. We appreciate immensely the excellent job that he did and the wonderful way that he did it. Words cannot express enough our gratitude to him. He was amazing!!! We recommend Dr Bortel to everybody! I was so impressed with Dr Bortel and his vast knowledge on MRSA. I have a young son who contracted this and was at an absolute loss on how to treat him successfully since this vicious infection kept revisiting him. His compassion & kindness complement his professionalism. Besides his expertise on this ever growing epidemic his humility & genuine care for his patients is second to none. He is a fantastic doctor & human being. Never before have I come across a doctor who answers emails & phone calls from patients . Online consults are so easy and I would recommend to anyone who has or needs help in this area. In a world where it is all about profit Dr Bortel's approach is refreshing. Once you speak him you will know why he is by far a leading expert in this field and someone you can truly depend on...
