Dr Chan is a wonderful doctor. She came prepared having thoroughly read and understood my mom's medical history, took time to ask all necessary questions and listened at length to my mom's specific health questions and concerns.

I requested a refill on Sunday, called the office on Wednesday they said they were waiting on dr to put it through. So they left a note it was urgent. Ran out on Thursday, had to miss 2 doses of medication that has serious withdrawal symptoms. I feel she was negligent with my care. They finally put it through Friday after another contact. This was the second time she failed to get my prescription in before it ran out. The first time I thought ok a mistake. But now it seems like a regular thing. My insurance will not allow me to get my perscriptions too early. So I have no choice to be giving her short notice, if 4 days is really a short notice.

Will not work with anyone and she will say your doing stuff your not doing I was willing to even do a drug test to show will not go back to her. And will make sure no family or friend go to her

My mother fell aug 22 had to call an ambulance. The ER prescribe a 3 day supply of pain meds. My mom is 83. I call to make an appointment and the first AVAILABLE appointment that allotted the 40 minutes for an ER follow up was Sept 3. Dr Chan will not prescribe anything until she sees her. Tells me to put hot compresses on it. An ER follow up should be within a couple days after the visit. I can’t believe she is going to make her suffer like this. She’s in pain!!! What a horrible thing to do.

Dr Chan was very good diagnosing both my mother's and my mother-in-law's problems, and they were different. She is very compassionate.

DR Chan is a wonderful Dr and also a very careing person. My first visit with her was very difficult but she made me feel very comfortable . The visit went well and felt much better after seeing her.Will continue seeing Dr Chan feel I have found the right Doctor for my health and wellbeing.
