Meihui Ma's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Ma is not my doctor, but he is the neurologist for a young lady that I provide independent living supports for. Every appointment I have attended with the young lady I have witnessed Dr. Ma be completely dismissive of EVERYTHING that is said by me or the young lady. He has absolutely ZERO bedside manner and is even dismissive of opinions from another neurologist that the young lady has seen for a second opinion. He claims that the majority of the young lady's medical and mental health problems are associated with the medication she takes, but will not adjust her medication or try different medications. He refuses to do any sort of tests or lab work to try to figure out what's wrong and come up with a solution. By far the WORST medical provider I have ever been in contact with!

Wonderful doctor and I would recommend Dr Ma to anyone that suffers from migraines! He will listen to you and remember who you are. Thank you for your care.

Doctor Ma came in and will fill my meds, meet annually unless needed.

Terrible office communication. Can’t get them on the phone (they don’t answer the phone🙄 but use an automated message & then flips you into “We’re busy right now, leave a message” )🙄 & then they never call you back. Saw Dr. Ma once, not impressed & certainly not worth the money he charged. Waited 6 months to get into him all for a 5 minute in & out. Nope! Wouldn’t recommend him to anyone.

SO disappointed. I have taken my mother to Dr. Ma for 5 years. At her most recent visit, Dr. Ma came into the room and introduced himself, and asked what brought us in. I thought he was testing my Mom’s memory. When she replied “I am not really sure”, He looked at me and asked why we were there. I told him it was a follow up appointment, and he had seen her several times for memory issues. He asked “Oh, you have been here before?”. Dr. Ma had not reviewed her chart or looked into her medical history prior to the appointment. He then dismissed her memory loss “due to her age”, and told her she could do her next visit virtually. Needless to say, we are looking for a new neurologist.

Dismissive and arrogant. Patient for 5 years, he had no recollection of my care and did not review my chart. Did not answer my questions and suggested I schedule my next visit virtually so I wasn’t wasting my time going into his office. Terrible patient care. I am looking for a new neurologist, which is too bad because his nursing staff is wonderful.

Terrible patient care. Patient for 5 years and Dr. Ma had no recollection of treating me, nor did he review my chart prior to the appointment. He spent less than 10 minutes with me, and told me not to waste my time coming in for the next appointment and to schedule it through telehealth.
