Robin O'dell's Online Review Report Card

When I say, I have never had a more attentive and caring doctor I mean it. She met with me, she heard me, she asked me questions doctors have never even thought about asking before. She wanted to see the picture as a whole, and she is willing to try anything to get me the help I need even if it's not no success. I appreciate that so much. She is highly emotionally intelligent and highly patient focused. She is very forward and progressive in her thinking and and I know every patient would be fully welcomed by her.

Dr. O'Dell is the most amazing OBGYN!! I've been seeing her since I was a teenager and she has delivered both of my girls and she treats her patients with love and compassion She listens to you as a very close family friend would and is so kind. Some Dr's you can tell that they are just there for their paycheck.... but NOT Dr. O'Dell!! She is amazing!!!❤ When I seen a bad review about her that she treated a women badly I was so confused maybe that women has her mixed up with someone else!? Because I could never see Dr. O'Dell treating a patient badly 🤨

Best doctor I’ve ever had hands down. Knowledgeable, compassionate, down to earth, funny, caring, kind, excellent listener. Puts your wants and needs first. She’s passionate about the work she is doing. Gives you the time you need with her. She’s the best. I’m so blessed she’s my doctor. Highly recommend.

Zero stars. She treated me awful through my pregnancy. And I originally went to her complaining of pains causing me to take numerous trips to the e.r. I knew there was a cyst on my ovary. It wasn’t of any concern for her as she is so self absorbed. It was removed under the care of a different physician along with my ovary that it was killing. Absolutely heartbreaking she seems to have no care for her patients.

Please please do not use her if you don’t have to. Her lack of knowledge towards any kind of question you have is disturbing. My fiancé was bleeding at 18 weeks and she just pretty much blew it off as if it were nothing. She rushed us out of every appointment and just always seems uninterested. The ultrasound machine was broke. She never told us measurements. Never went into details about anything. Told us the high risk doc was wrong when in fact he was right. Told us plan to induce early because there’s been studies that show it decreases the chances of complications. This is suppose to be a memorable experience and we were always left with doubts and fears and worries. We finally transferred OBs only to learn that everything she told us was completely wrong and Now we face issues that could’ve been avoided. Our baby now faces an uphill battles all due to an incompetent OB who doesn’t take her job serious and obviously doesn’t care about the well being of an innocent unborn baby. So please take my advice and run if you haven’t already. Trust me. I’m saving you and your baby from this OB who clearly got her license out of a Cracker Jack box..

Let me be the first to say that I am not a doctor person. I am very anxious and nervous in any type off medical setting. I am a very conservative person and if you understand that then you can understand the nervousness that would come with being in a gynecologist office. However my experinece at Womens Medical Center was so great. This was the first time I have ever been to a gyncologist office so I was extremely anxious and didn’t know what to expect. With that said, by far the best experience I have ever had in a doctor office and with a doctor. I see Dr. O’Dell and I couldn’t be more impressed with her. She has exceeded excellence at every appointment I have had thus far with her. She is great at putting you at ease. She will explain exactly what is going to go down and makes sure you know that your voice is heard. She has this very calm and caring demeanor. Extremely gentle, understanding, and LISTENS. I cannot stress that enough, she listens and she takes the time to listen. That right there deserves 100 stars. It seems like it is nonexistent to find a doctor these days who is going to give you the time you need with them one on one. Dr. O’Dell does this. She is extremely competent and knowledgable in her area of expertise and beyond. She explains things very well and puts them into terms that are very easy to understand if you are not familiar with the terminology. There are many things that I love about Dr. O’Dell, but one inparticular is that she is real. I love that I feel like I am gaining a relationship with another real human being. I have never felt like that when talking to a doctor. I always feel inferior and rushed. I always feel as if most doctors do not care to get to know me or they do not have the time to. But that isn’t the case here. I do not feel like I am just another number. And that is hugely important to me. I am the type of person who needs the personable experience and connection to open up and trust the person who is caring for me. Dr. O’Dell nails this. She truly wants to make that personal connection to get to know her patients. She is doing everything right in my opinion and I am extremely grateful to have found such a great doctor. She is the type of doctor that I want in my corner. One that I feel I can turn to and discuss sensitive stuff with and actually get some where towards solving the issues. She has been very helpful at approaching the issues I need help with. Dr. O’Dell is compassionate and shows that to her patients. She is very relatable and easy to talk to. I truly feel like I am in very good hands under the care of Dr. O’Dell. I wish she was my everything Doctor (I am sure this is not the first time someone has said those words). You just do not come across the good ones often and she is a good one. In regards to the office, this office makes me feel welcomed. It feels very close knit. Very tailored to your individual needs. I like how it has this warm neighborly love that you feel from the staff and doctors. The nurses I have seen have also been very competent in their duties. They are always very kind and respectful. Any time I call I am greeted with a kind voice on the other end. I have talked with the nurse over phone and did not have any issues with ordering labs she was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting labs sent out for me. Any labs that need to be ordered are ordered in a timely manner. As soon as my results come in I hear back from them. I want to give a special shout out to Medical Receptionist Krysta Brubaker. Krysta has been an amazing help for me. She is incredibly kind, caring, and compassionate. She makes it very clear that I can ask any questions I may need to ask. She is great at answering any and all of my questions and seeks out the Doctor to double check on questions she may be unsure of. If I had the chance to ask if she had medical malpractice background I would have. Zero stars if possible. Very unprofessional.
