Hands down one of the best doctor's I've ever had! She listens, is understanding without being judgemental, and is gentle and kind. I've seen her for routine care and for surgery. There's no one I'd rather have in my corner.

Shawna has been taking care of me for a few years now. She is a very good doctor. I have quite a few health issues. I was not well today and had to call in a 5 hours before my appointment to cancel. The receptionist cut me off before I could explain and told me I have a 25 dollar no show fee now. I am disabled and have little income. Now I have to go some where else. I just dont understand a medical person not understanding illness.I also have been on my way there a few times and they call me to cancel and I dont act like that..smh

I completely adore Dr. Ruple. She delivered my 2nd child, I relocated, had another child...who was birthed in the current city I reside in. Now having my 4th child and I have traveled this whole pregnancy just to have Ruple deliver my baby! She goes out of her way and takes time to listen to everything you have to say or ask! I recommended a family member to her as well and she absolutely adored her as well! The staff, Im not to fond of but dealt with them and the attitudes because seeing Ruple was worth it!

In the three weeks I had established care I am not convinced Dr. Ruple exists. The prescription I needed for miscarriage never got sent to the pharmacy after multiple calls to the office, I was told the Dr. did not send it. I did not get to speak with her once despite multiple calls to the office for help.

Dr. Ruple is the most uncompassionate careless physician I have ever seen. She will blow off your complaints, do what she feels is in the best interest despite medical evidence otherwise or your feelings/opinions. I nearly died in her care along with my newborn.

Very happy to have had Dr. Ruple both for my prenatal care and even more happy I was able to have her deliver my baby! I had a few things throughout my pregnancy that we’re causing me some anxiousness, but with the patience and explanations of Dr. Ruple she helped me get to a point where I could feel very confident in her ability to care for both myself and my baby. If you see Dr. Ruple you can know you are in capable hands!

I am in my 60's. Dr. Ruple is very kind and thorough. On my first visit as a new patient, Dr. Ruple listened to my account of my medical history and immediately said, "you need a urologist." I told her I had not been able to get into one in Midland. Dr. Ruple said, "I will get you in." And she did. Thank you Dr. Ruple.
