I think Dr. Madhuri, and his nurse Micheal are both great. His whole staff is amazing. They always call me back and always take the time to answer all of my questions, no matter how small. They always listen to me and take the time to explain everything. Thank you to him and his entire staff for making my whole experience easier and more comfortable.

Great Doctor. Staff not so much. Do not expect a return phone call after leaving messages on their voice mail. Have yet to receive a follow-up call from message left. Am requesting referral to different office....shame.

Dr. Madduri is an excellent doctor and communicator. He takes time to explain things adequately to his patients. He listens well and answered all my questions. His staff has always treated me in a respectful manner. I highly recommend this practice.

This is a awful place. From the office staff right up to Dr. Madduri. They treat the patient very disrespectful. They do not explain anything and when you ask questions they treat you like trash. They send you for test and then never give you the results. If you call to ask questions they make you feel like you are bothering them. And after you call a couple of times they will send you right to voicemail and never call you back and you can even call the office manager Polly and she is just as bad as the rest of them. I wouldn't even give them one star but I had to. I have a problem with my Parathyroid and all this Dr. wants to do is just keep putting off getting this figured out for me when everyone knows parathyroid has no cure and no medicine will fix it so the only cure is to have it removed and he refused to help me take care of it so I found someone that is willing to help me so I am letting everyone know....Run, Run Run.dont use this Doctor

Dr. Madduri and his staff are very professional, and I always leave the office with my questions answered. He is very thorough and explains the results of any test in a way that a non medical professional can easily understand. Definitely would recommend to family and friends!

I agree on the office staff assessment. However, I had a great interaction my first visit.... Spent at least an hour with me. I'm very knowledgeable of my illness so it was nice to have a Dr listen and want to come to consensus on treatment(s).... Again, everyone's interaction is different but I found him to be super knowledgeable and bedside friendly..... Downfall....I agree... His office staff could be a lot more friendly which goes along with professional too... They called me a million times for a follow up and I call back..... Nothing but phone trees and voicemails....
