This Drs office staff is ridiculously slow. It literally takes DAYS to be able to talk to anyone! When you finally get to speak to someone they tell you they will call you back… which takes DAYS to happen. Tell me youre not good at reception work without telling me youre not good at reception work!!!!

Great staff and state of the art facilities, and perhaps a great doctor but he spent no more than 2 minutes with me and clearly was in a hurry rather than spend a couple more minutes discussing the procedure and after, what he found in a routine colonoscopy. Haste makes waste....maybe for him the name of the game is "run them thru" but for this patient that does not instill confidence that you are more than just a number...compared to a doctor who will spend a bit more time with you. If you are used to a more personal care, this is NOT the guy to go to. However, there are doctors in this facility that are NOT this way...seek one out.

When the Doctor is on call be prepared to sit in his office half the day even if your appt is the first one of the day. He was at the Hospital and his receptionist didn't know how many patients he was seeing or when he would be back, very inconsiderate with your time. My husband was not happy and would prefer a Doctor that has more respect for his patients.

I was seen in the ER & told to follow up with Dr Holtz on Monday. That was a week ago. I’ve left 2 messages and have yet to receive a call back.

Good beside manner. Clear in his directions. Gives helpful information. A very amicable beside manner.

Dr holtz is a great doctor, however you cannot get in to see him or any of the other four doctors or two nurse practitioners for at least a month. I have a serious diagnosis that needs immediate attention but they will not get me in sooner. Just ridiculous!
