I agree with the other post about this Dr being very dangerous for a health crisis that needs to be dealt with in a timely manner. My mother is no longer alive due to using this dr as primary care. There was no management of her care. She had swollen feet and ankles and legs and the dr looked at them and felt them and walked out of the room not recommending she see a cardiologist or anything. Her oncologist eventually recommend the cardiologist but it was too late to save her. Don’t use midland doctors. We have tried many and they are all the same. There is no follow up or action of any kind. Go to St Mary’s and save your own life.

I have had good care under Dr Matthews. He is a good listener, thorough in ordering tests. Staff also attentive and helpful.

This doctor is a dangerous choice for a primary care provider, especially with emergencies and time sensitive health issues. He does not interact well with his patients, fails to make necessary referrals, and does not follow up on serious issues. His office staff is not much better. They are not helpful or compassionate and they will be rude if you ask questions. I question his competence and remain disgusted by his intentional failure to provide adequate care for someone in my family.

This man ignored my father at check-ups and when he was very sick. The ER wanted him seen by a specialist and Dr. Matthew couldn't be bothered to make that happen for my father. He is lazy and doesn't really care about his patients. He is dangerous and could care less about his patients. Find another doctor.

My wife and I are in our 70's but required a new family doctor. So far, we have had one appointment each with Dr. Mathew, but we were impressed with his manner, the clarity of his explanations, the value of his suggestions. He is efficient but warm and encouraging. We are pleased to have him as our doctor.
