very awful experience. to be honest it left me traumatized to have a second baby. he is not gentle nor does he care about worries. pushed pitocin on me when i didn’t need it, even left the nurse questioning why he was doing it. i still think about my experience almost everyday. i asked to not see him in the office and of course he was the one on call when i went to deliver. before giving me stitches he said “well i’m not sure how i’m going to do this one” and went right in without warning right after saying that. it scared me so bad. seriously do not go to him if you can avoid it.

Terrible experience. He was an hour late for the appointment and rushed through the whole thing. Did not explain what he was doing or what my aftercare needed to be. It was for a biopsy and I felt totally in the dark about everything. I felt very unsettled after the appointment and do not plan on going back to him.

I'm not sure why I feel compelled to make this review as it's been a few years now, but after more and more processing of my experience, I think I'm ready to share so that others can avoid a bad experience like this. I had one visit with this doctor while staying in Michigan for a few months back in 2019. I was about 30 weeks pregnant and had all my previous prenatal care in Korea, so I wanted a check up to make sure the baby's heartbeat was still good before I moved to North Carolina. I explained to the doctor that my Pap smear and all tests from my first trimester were normal and fine, and that I was just there to make sure baby was on track. I specifically stated that I did not want nor need a Pap smear, or anything involving a speculum. He stated ok that was fine, but he needed to do STD swabs for insurance purposes... then without telling me or explaining anything further, he used a speculum on me. Even worse, he opened/cranked it so hard that it pinched me on the inside. I left the office in tears and was honestly traumatized by the blatant disrespect of my wishes and bodily autonomy. After reading other reviews of this doctor, it seems like I am not the only one with issues about him lacking respect for patients.

This MD does not listen to his patients, puts in his notes incorrect patient information. Pushed chemical drugs instead of all natural remedies. Ended my patient relationship, d/t him being demanding and uncooperative. I do not recommend this MD, and ended my services with him and his office staff.

He does not listen to his patients, incorrect note taking on patient, and pushed chemical drugs over natural remedies. Was uncooperative and demanding. Staff was not helpful either. Ended services, wish I would of went with my gut feeling from the beginning, not impressed, not in it to help the patient.
