The lady the answer phone at front desk is currently refusing me service my psychiatrist told me to set up a therapy appointment and the receptionist is acting like their are no therapists their . She called me back to hang up on me and she is now currently sending me to voicemail over and over she's refusing me service . Extremely unprofessional

My case manager was Lexi and she has truly made my life better. She listens and you can tell that she genuinely cares. Give that girl a raise!

So far so good. Deandra M. At Hope network Macomb cty has been extremely helpful and very proactive in assisting my son in getting an appointment and securing services for ABA therapy. I would recommend giving them a call.

This place absolutely sucks they don’t answer the phones during business hours and it takes Managment forever to get back with you regarding issues with case management

I only have experience with one case manager, Lexi. She was inexperienced and lacked judgment. I think Hope Network needs to do a better job vetting and training their case managers.

Everything about these reviews are correct this place is very very very very very very very very very very very very very very bad I am a new clients of theirs and I am getting ready to switch back to the old place I came from due to misconduct by the medical department I came in and met with one of their nurse practitioners for a refill of a medication the nurse practitioner preceded to refill two out of the three medications but ran me through a whole bunch of labs for the third one and made me get a clearance from my doctor after I ran through all the processes and passed all the tests they completely ghosted me on a refill haven't heard back since the nurse claimed that they can't get ahold of the nurse practitioner they also lied about sending paperwork to my primary care doctor and when I went to see my doctor about getting a clearance he was confused that they needed a clearance I had been talking that medication for years and the doctor had already knew this is just the short version LOL please do not go to this program they are the worst I've ever seen I barely been here a month and I'm already leaving cancel all the future appointments I literally walked in the on November 4th and going to be gone by December 4th so listen to these people do not take your children friends family members no one stay away for your sake there's something not right about these people GET OUT AND NEVER COME BACK
