I had an appt,yearly review with DR Lingam The office tech did a EKG while I had to wait to Over a half an hour The EKG was finally reviewed by DR Lingam and he said it was normal. When I got a trace of the EKG the next day on Henry Ford My Chart the EKG was printed out as AB NORMAL. Called the office and DR Lingam asst could NOT explain the discrepancy and I sent a message to Doctor Lingam and No response in writing from the Dr or his Office Shown below is the doctors response from his asst Dana EKG Message body:Mr. Varga, I have ben made aware of some concerns that you have with your most recent EKG that was done at your last office visit with me. I apologize for any miscommunication and I should have explained the findings more clearly during that visit. Your EKG did not show anything concerning but I should have made that more clear. It did show 1st degree AV block left anterior fasicular block which is an insignificant finding and is unchanged from your previous EKG. I do review every EKG on every patient that I see in the office and although the EKG machine did interpret your EKG as abnormal, I can assure you that upon my review there was nothing for you to be concerned about. Given the fact that you do not feel comfortable with me, I will take the liberty of having your upcoming scheduled appointment with me cancelled. I wish you well. Thank you, Dr. Lingam

Pulled me thru at 10:30PM on a Monday night. So far, great follow up with careful explanations on the treatment plan and milestone dates to look at. Never had much of a wait at his office in Sterling Heights.

Great doctor, kind, gentle, attentive, and very intelligent. Always available to me for questions and super efficient at getting me into his office to take care of urgent concerns.

He is a busy man and he has been late for my last 2 appts. He seems rushed and I don't think he spends enough time with my appt.

I wouldn't go to anyone but Dr. Lingam. Caring, Compassionate, knowledgeable, respectful of your time.

Dr. Lingam is an expert in Cardiology. In addition, his staff is very caring and great people! My dad has been a patient for many years and besides the medical assistance, they have been providing medication samples until the issue with the insurance coverage gets resolved. On behalf of my dad, Thank You for everything you've done!

Dr Lingam was very patient and informative. Answered all my questions. Glad to have a good Dr.

Dr. Lingam is a breath of fresh air in these times of medical uncertainty for patients. He listens to your complaints, does not rush you through his appointments, and is very thorough. I have had many, many doctor's in my 69 years and I rate Dr. Lingam as a 5 star doctor!!

I can't imagine why you would trash a physician based on his "call center". I met with Dr Lingam in May 2016. A brand new patient. Left him a phone message and he called me back at 9:00 pm to reassure me. Personally called me, at that! He took his time to understand my questions / concerns. This year I met with him face to face for the first time. His bedside manner was very kind, caring, and comprehensive. He listened to my concerns and considered my points of view. That, to me, is phenomenal for a physician and new patient relationship. FIVE STARS for sure.

The call center I had to talk to make the appt are extremely rude and unprofessional. She argued that my dad can't be seen because they don't accept the insurance (our family doctor referred us becaue they accept our insurance here) then all of a sudden she says we do accept your insurance would you still like to set up an appointment....... UM YES THATS WHY I ARGUED WITH YOU FOR THE PAST 10 MINUTES. I wouldn't even give them 1 star. Terrible. Rude. Mean. Don't waste your time they don't even know what insurance the dr they work for accept. Ridiculous. I work for a dentist and we would never speak to our new patients this way or any patients!!!! Horrible phone experience. That's why you should not have a call center handle new patient calls
