List of Robert Chang Md's Reviews
I think he's an okay doctor but they cancel and reschedule nearly every appointment I make. They just called and cancelled my appointment for TODAY....which had already been rescheduled about 2 weeks ago! I'm not exaggerating, this happens 90 percent of the time. You folks need to get it together.
They changed or cancelled my appointments so many times, with little notice, that I switched doctors. It got to the point that I made my appointments KNOWING that they would be changed. The last time was the last straw. They changed the appointment a few days before then called and cancelled the day of. So, I had fasted, stopped taking my meds and stopped working out a few days prior for nothing. I run a business and have my own customers and appointments. You need to get your act together.
The level of care has fallen in the last year. My whole family goes there. Some just leave after waiting over an hour after takin back to a room. It use to be a great place with good care. I myself was subjected to a lecture of political tones because of a prescription they called in wrong. Its decusting that there views on who they wanted as president has them demeaning me because they messed up on my medicine.
My friend had an appointment with Dr Ramos well they initially said he didn take the insurance then before her appointment they called and said she couldn't see him anymore. Come to find out he changed the insurances he took in the middle of his scheduled appointments to come. I just feel like that's insurance discrimination and should definitely be against the rules of medical doctors and their affiliation guidelines. They are lucky they have good credentials at this facility, period.
I’ve been going here for years and so have my parents. We love all the doctors and the staff has always been great. They take their time with you when you have an appointment.I’ve never had any problems. Even the medical assistants are very nice. I’ve never had a bad experience. They can get you in when you need an appointment and if it’s not with the doctors, it’s with their P. A. They’re just as wonderful as the doctors.
I was a little skeptical at first before meeting Dr. Chang. I lost my PC physician in the 11th hour. My insurance switched my PC and took my Dr of 10 years away. Begrudgingly i went to meet with Dr. Chang not really knowing what to expect. Boy was i wrong to prejudge the situation - Dr Chang is down to earth, very friendly, actually spends time with you, doesn't micro manage & very one on one - gosh i feel really lucky to have found him! He's got a great team of assistants & nurses that can get my referrals & RX's re-ordered or my annual exams taken care of. I wasn't happy about loosing my primary-care doctor, thankfully Dr. Chang & his staff of professionals made the transition effortless and I really appreciate all of them!!!
Dr Chang and staff are professional, friendly and caring. # Melissa CMA #Amy # Dennis and the ladies at reception.
Dr. Robert Chang is my Dr. all of the staff in these medical office are rude! They do not know how to respect their patients! I feel that they have a racist behavior! When I call their staff and every time I have appointment to my doctor I feel like they doing as a favor taking care of us! When I call to refill my prescription the name Michelle cannot do her job correctly! And their attitude here, if you call them no one answering the phone! or if someone answer the phone they put you on hold and after one hour waiting the call drop! What the heck! Also if you tried to call them back you were looking for the person to talk to, like I talk to Michelle, then if the call drop, when you called and tried to talk to Michelle again, even she’s there! she will not answer or talk to you again. The person that answered your call will tell you that Michelle or whoever the person you talk too is not there anymore! I do not understand this kind of attitude, really she’s not there? What’s the sense of that? it does not took 30 mins, when I called back and tried to talk to Michelle again! Or to some of their staff! Are you avoiding to talk to the patient? Because you do not know how to properly address the concerns?! what they did, they will connect and connect the Call, until the called drop! Is that a professional behavior!? Their are very sarcastic! In times of emergency you cannot count on them! The patient will die! So tell me?! how these kind of health care still operating! if they do not know how to be polite and kind to their patients!? As far as I know when you are working in health care you were there to save people lives! not to kill them! If I could give less than 1 star I would! Put in you mind people, that their is no doctor if their is no patients! Working in the Medical field , you need to provide good service to all patients! The Patient coming to their doctor to find cure to their illness not to be upset and to have additional stress to their disease!
This has been my doctor for years, yeah it's busy, but when I need something, they always accommodate.
Dr, Chang is the best primary care physician I have ever had. He takes time to listen to the patient. I have never felt rushed. He is the one that quickly figured out a chronic illness I have been struggling with for few year,s and was previously treated for everything else but what was actually wrong with me, by other doctors. I love the staff at the office, they are very efficient and quick. You are basicly seen by the doctor within few minutes of your appointment.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
