I've been a patient of Dr, Salman's for a few years and she has a great bedside manner and I really feel heard when I see her. And I have never had any trouble with the office staff.

Quickly changed my mind about coming back here for my doctors as soon as i got on the phone with one of her staff there i have kids to get from and didn't even try to hear anything i was saying cause she was on speaker she automatically got a attitude and said she couldn't hear when the other lady i was just talking too could hear me just fine just lazy not trying to do her job at all

In dealing with the office staff on 2/23/18, One particular staff member was extremely rude and unprofessional on the phone. Her behavior was unacceptable and I would hope that patients aren't treated the same way her colleague was treated like on the phone. What an horrible representation.
