Great 1st conversation no follow up, left several messages no call. Thought it was going to be a great place but after a month and several messages. No follow up at all and I am disappointed because I liked the place after initial consult

I have had the honor of receiving brain training from First Plan for over a year now.This program has really help me in school with my writing skills. With this program my mother has seen improvement in my grades and maintaining since receiving and been in this service. Awsome environment and always great snacks.

A couple of months ago, I started attending brain training and holistic therapy sessions with Joseph Hines at FirstPlan. At the time I had been undergoing a great deal of anxiety, stress and small bouts of depression due to work and other things going on in my life. However, once I started going to FirstPlan, I began to see a lot of improvement in my mental, physical and spiritual health. In addition to receiving brain training and counseling, I was also offered a couple of ion cleansing treatments, which pulls toxins from inside of your body through your feet. Since going to FirstPlan, I've felt a lot more focused, driven and energetic, and I would highly recommend to anyone in need of counseling. Not only is Joseph extremely knowledgeable and skilled at what he does, but he treats you like family.

I've had a very satisfying experience, with First Plan Health Services. I feel 100% better than when I first walked in for treatment. I had found a Counselor that actually listen too me and used untraditional ways of treatment..ex: Healthy living, eating, cleansing not just my mind but my body also. This was also truly a learning experience. I highly recommend treatment here for anyone looking too improve their quality of life. It's not just our mental attitude that needs guidance our body and soul..are also part of the equation. Thank you so much First Plan for putting my life back in the right direction..
