Find another office!!

One of the most unorganized medical offices I've ever dealt with ! My appointment was changed because the doctor was going to be out of town. The only time they had for me to reschedule wasn't good for me so I had to wait 2 more months to get another scheduled appointment. I get there for my appointment today guy calls me, starts to lead me into the back. he has a mask in hand an says it's policy. I asked, can I put my shirt over my face? He rolled his eyes said no.! I said well mask wearing isn't my policy and you should probably cancel my appointment mid sentence he slammed the door and said have a good day. at least he said have a good day though! To each their own!!! It's my choice! they can't make us wear masks! If enough people just say no or stop scheduling appointments they'll have to change it ,again !. It took me forever to find a primary care doctor's office that didn't have these policies but I did! If you feel a mask is gonna somehow help you then put one on . other people shouldn't be forced to share the same opinion !!!

Poor scheduling, poor communication! Waste of time !!!

Super quick and easy procedure for my tonsillectomy and I feel great, not in too much pain and I felt comfortable while I was awake. Thanks Dr. Chomchai and the team that helped me.

Did not like him at all. Seen him 3 times and all he did was give me 3 rounds of diff steroids and 3 rounds of Antibiotics. Would not look at me when he spoke to me. Didn't even check my ear ,throat or ears. Will never go back. He had me all messed up.

Dr. Chomchai has worked on 3 of our 4 family members for various issues (one including our child multiple times). He has always explained what our options were, what he felt was the best option, and made sure we understand exactly what treatment would include and allowed us to be part of the decisions. While he’s on the quieter side, he’s a fantastic doctor who knows his stuff. Very comfortable with his care.

A very honest guy and I respect him for that even after making a mistake he owned up to his mistake and communicated with me about the mistake. He also fixed the mistake he made instead of brushing it off of his shoulders definitely respectable.

No they treat previous old patient as new .. will not go there any longer.. terrible place

I have now Joe for 18 years and he is a good ear Dr. I have tubs in my left ear and helps me a lot 😀 I will not go to any Dr except him. My mom even like him a lot. He is very polite. He cares abt his patients. He's a very good doctor in my book!!!!

Office staff kind. Wait time satisfactory. However, definitely not satisfied with Dr. decision to do a large V-flap on my left side of my face for small size basal carcinoma, on upper left bridge of nose. He is not a cosmetic surgeon. My mistake. ;( Now, I have a long noticable scar running underneath my left eye that peaks at nose bridge, then down the entire left nostril bottom, & one nostril is now larger than the other and I now have a bump on left side of nose :( I modeled for several years ago this is hard on me. Wishing I'd went elsewhere. They said* to wait a year. Its been that and no noticable improvement. Suppose to go back, can't see why unless he can fix his surgery attempt.
