Amazing doctor, poor overall staff surrounding her.

I was originally dropped from Dr Wachobs office after trying to discuss my children missing their appointment due to illness and calling 10 hours in advance on may 11th since both kids were sick and throwing up. dr Wachob wanted me to have them seen that day, but the receptionist told me she’d excuse their absence this one time since I wasn’t comfortable taking kids out of the home not feeling good and Ill. I got a letter in the mail stating they’ve got 2/3 strikes on their attendance due to missing their appointment (one was for COVID, second one was for them both throwing up being sick) so I called Sam who is the supervisor of the pediatrics department and tried resolving it and tried coming up with a resolution. I told her I’d like to have this sorted out, or I’m going to see if my husband would still like to continue care with Wachob and ended the call because I wasn’t wanting to speak further as I was dealing with sick kids. Now they’re saying we’re being dismissed an entire week later due to an incident Jereb had with a nurse over 16 months ago when she told us we could not take our daughter to both nimkee and them because of insurance (that’s not how nimkee works. it’s a Native American health clinic for members, and descendants) and their 2/3 strikes on attendance when we had one more. Keaton’s also been sick all week and they told me go to the ER, or a walk in clinic because she has no “openings” but they had no problem wanting to see both kids when they we’re sick two weeks ago throwing up the day after their original scheduled appointment. I DONT recommend their office. The doctor is amazing, but her surrounding staff is TOXIC and rude. sorry I tried advocating for my children and resolving a “missed” appointment to dismiss the second strike because I was told it wouldn’t count against me as my kids were sick. Sorry y’all don’t have your ducks in a roll and have poor communication!

Dr. Wachob took over seeing my daughter after her colleague Dr. Regmi had her since birth. She has done an amazing job at listening to my concerns and finding a cause. She is an amazing pediatrician, but they make the office feel like home.

Every since the day of my delivery , For My little guy doctor Wachob has made feel as if she was a family member not a just our Pediatrician to our little guy ...She has withiut a doubt welcomed us with open arms into her life and has been there since day one of 6/20/21..seems not long but he is going on 2yr young 🤗 I could not have been blessed with a better pediatrician in my eyes!!!! Not only is she the BEST WE plan to stay with her for his whole little life mommy to Bby Daniel Davis😍

Well Child only office. They don't do same day appointments so don't waste your time. My kids have been patients for years and every time they get sick or need to be seen by a Dr. we have to go to a walk in clinic. Wachob is great but you wont ever get to see her.

Does not accept unvaccinated children as patients.

Dr. Wachob is a professional, trustworthy service provider. She is kind and understanding.

We absolutely love Dr. Wachob! She is so patient with our littles and very attentive! She NEVER makes you feel like you are asking “dumb” questions.

Dr. Wachob is professional and so amazing with kids. Not only is she kind and gentle with my baby, but she also listens, and is thorough. She is responsive to your concerns and ensures you baby is all around well. Cannot recommend Dr. Wachob enough as a pediatrician.
