Dr. Ball takes her time with me and answers all of my questions. She is kind, caring and honest. She always makes me feel comfortable and really listens to my concerns.

I called her office when my 5 yr old daughter broke her wrist at school to ask if she wanted to see her in the office or if she wanted me to take her to get an X-ray at the urgent care and I was told to go ahead and take her to the Alma urgent care for an X-ray and then I got a call that she wanted to see her in the office when we were done to do an orthopedic referral for her and she kicks us out of her practice for going to urgent care even though we were told to go there!! Horrible doctor!!!

We have used Dr. Ball for many years up until recently. I am not impressed with the amount of staff changes (including PA's, MA's, front desk). I have dealt with questionable charges and billings for simple things. I have known people who have left because of questionable referrals to see a specialist. I know people that weren't sent to the correct specialist and the doctor like they weren't who I was sending you too. The worst of it all, is that they do not properly update children's immunizations and I have personally dealt with this.

Dr. Ball has been our doctor since before we had kids! 23 years and counting. Can’t imagine seeing anyone else. Always takes her time with us. And listens to what we have to say.

I have been trying to call the office all week. Monday morning, twice on Wednesday and once on Thursday. Left two messages and not one response!

I see the PA. I like her. She’s nice and listens to me. My only complaint is the receptionists/people who work the desk. If The PA wasn’t nice I would find a new office.

I have been a patient of Dr Ball's office for a few years now. I have always received excellent care. The staff is friendly and willing to help however they can. I have never been happier with or more confident about the medical care I am receiving.

Dr. Ball is amazing!! She really takes the time to get to know your issue to get to the bottom of it and resolve it. She takes a real interest in her clients. I think shes a fantastic Doctor and I'm so happy she took me on. I would recommend her to everyone.
