I went to Dr shaikh for years after my car accident in 2001, he is an excellent neurologist and cares very much about his patients, absolutely love him!

One of the best neurologists I’ve ever had!

Kristen is a very intelligent and kind NP. She addressed my issues and has gone above/beyond for myself and situation. Office staff (in mount pleasant) however is very rude. The office girl in Alma double booked the person who does the 24 hour EEG & I had to arrange a ride (can’t drive because seizures), get my 8 month old up and drive 45 minutes to the office when gas is 4 1/2 dollars a gallon. They told me the office girl double booked and they can’t help me, even tho the other person showed up 15 minutes late and I was there 10 minutes early. They could’ve done it, I was the only one there.

I love the treatment I receive here. Very nice friendly people. They're always willing to listen and answer questions. Very helpful.

Dr. Shaikh and Kristen Telfor have been the best team I have worked with. They have gone into depth with my symptoms. They care about you as a person and they care about helping you. I don't know where I would be without Kristen Telfor!

This term will forever ring in my ears. 2 visits found nothing. 2nd visit Dr. said he thought it was a Red Herring. My husband was not imagining anything. He was in pain. Cancer being the cause. He is now gone. 5 yrs ago with 1st visit if Dr. Would have requested CT or MRI and not thinking if he does not find anything must be nothing my husband may still be here.

Both my mother and I are patients of Dr. Shaikh, and we could not be happier with the care and the staff. Very thorough!

I get a very strong scam vibe from this facility. When you go here you will not see the physician. You will see one of two nurse practitioners. In fact I have not met anyone that has gone to this office that has actually seen the doctor. There are other doctors that are much better in Midland and I would highly recommend that people go there before wasting time, money and worse, being caused distress. I have since started seeing another Neurologist and not once have I been pushed to see an NP or PA. The tests done are independent of the office. And old outdated techniques and testing are not used.

Had a follow up appointment after MRI. Staff didn't know anything about it. I had an appointment card. I waited over an hour for the dr to see me. (I don't think he was in the building). Never again

Went to their Alma office for some testing, everytime I called there was no answer. When I arrived I saw at least 3 women in the back messing around. Was told I'd get my test result in 1-2 weeks, it has been well over 3. Very disappointed. called yesterday in regard to my results, left a voicemail, have yet to hear back. May need to go somewhere else since they seem to not ne providing adequate care.
