I called the first time to set up a new patient appointment and was abruptly told I would get a call back later after the receptionist talked to the doctor.I never received a call and decided to try again 5 days later. The receptionist was very rude and said the doctor I requested was not accepting new patients anyways.I asked if there were other doctors there with the same speciality and was treated horribly. Not somewhere I would ever feel comfortable.

How can I put in ZERO stars?Son's seen 3+ counselors at this place over last 3½ years. NONE have helped with his depression. Son forgot an appointment & they want $25, yet we arrive for an appointment 2 wks later, counselor not there w/o notice. Rescheduled appt for SIX WEEKS later. Went to appt. They try to schedule for 1-2 weeks later, however there's conflict. Next available? SEVEN WEEKS later. I told them unacceptable, so, appt scheduled in two weeks? Deleted. WTH? I'm so DONE with this dump.
