I saw Dr. Stork for a mass removal that has been causing me severe pain. I could see the mass myself as well as several ultrasounds done on the area. When I woke after my surgery I was told Dr. Stork did not remove any mass and “didn’t see anything abnormal” which is obviously bizarre considering I could see the mass externally and had been in a great deal of pain. He then made me wait 2 hours post surgery for my prescriptions because of his negligence and lack of communication. When he did finally write my prescription he sent it to the wrong pharmacy despite all my nurses being fully aware of my needs. I would not trust Dr. Stork. 2-6-2023 Update 3-9-2023 After seeing doctor storks team post surgery no one has given any answers as to why I can still see a mass and why I’m in so much pain. They did however raise my dose of pain meds after seeing me again. But when I called to renew my prescription (that I didn’t ask to be put on or raised) the staff treated me horribly and said they wouldn’t be refilling the script. It took 2 days of calling the office non-stop to finally hear back from the PA. She apologized for the miscommunication and offered me a different treatment option, while ignoring my concerns for withdrawal and obvious prescription history. I still don’t understand why they would raise my dose one week just to cut me off the next after no changes in treatment or symptoms. This office has shown repeatedly that they don’t know what they are doing and have no concern for the actual wellbeing of their patients.

Still going for ongoing issues, however the treatment has been great.

Very rude reception staff. No compassion at all. Rude to other patients as well. Yet I can hear them speaking about their personal business with each other behind the glass. Not professional.

I'm not sure why these guys are getting such a bad rap on Google. My whole experience has been great. I never had much of a wait time (<15 min) in the office. My surgery went fantastic with Dr Phelps and the follow up has gone great too. Zero complaints here.

Always friendly staff and Doctors. I get good care here

Communication is terrible between office and doctor and patient. Right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Appointments are made and cancelled for me with no knowledge of it. Have to call and complain to get any information from the doctor himself. He relies too much on nurses and office to communicate with patient.

Had Dr. Stone for 14 years and couldn’t tell whether I had a kidney stone or collagen traveled from my bladder to my kidney. Then proceeded to do nothing. Five years later I still refuse to see him. Don’t even get me started on the office staff. I’ve been trying for a month to get my files sent somewhere else and today I was told I was lying about trying because she didn’t remember me. I have an appointment today in a different office.

Office hung up on after waiting 30 minutes to tqlk and did not call back

Physician was great, everything else was not. Was supposed to be referred somewhere else and they had me complete tests for this ‘referral’. Never got an update on test results then a month later still never heard from the place they apparently referred me to. Called back and they said they had no idea what I was talking about. Once again said they would refer me and call me back with the details. Waited over a week. They told me the same thing. Guess we will just see. Communication is BEYOND AWFUL. Will never ever go here again.
