Got me into the office right away

I was taken excellent care of and treated with respect and kindness.

Treated me like I was lying about my condition. Almost called the cops on me when he found out I have PTSD ! For a made up reason.

Efficiently run office & doctor Hayes has excellent professional skills, and awesome office staff.

I needed a new family doctor after the chaos of Covid settled down, and my old doctors office wanted to start me back as a new patient because I had not been seen in a year. Friends recommended Dr. Hayes and as I poured over the reviews I knew I had to give him a chance. The staff is so amazingly friendly! I instantly felt comfortable there. Dr. Hayes is a wealth of knowledge and has a great sense of humor. Both greats qualities to put a patient as ease when they're in a new place talking about their health. If you read the negative reviews, know that he was professional and listened to all of my history and health concerns. Even managed to call out my symptoms and when they would have started (15 years worth of doctors) just by talking to me for a few minutes. He is going to tell you exactly what he think and what he expects of you to get your health back on track. I don't want a doctor to sugarcoat that pill or tell me what I want to hear, I wanta doctor that knows his job well and can help me treat the root of the problem and not just the symptoms. If that's what you're looking for, this is the doctor for you. In one visit I know I won't see another doctor again until he retires.

Dr. Hayes is always professional and thorough doing an appointment. He is always aware of and concerned about any specialists you may be seeing. He remembers your prior visits and does follow-up on any issues. He can be a bit frank which some may not appreciate.

I called Dr Hayes’ office and was accommodated with a appointment the same day. Dr Hayes listened to me medical need. He asked questions and we discussed some options for treatment. I would recommend him as a primary care physician! His is also on the same campus so it was convenient to get my blood work done.

Always professional, compassionate and fantastic! He has been our family physician for years. I feel so thankful that he is our go to for our health care needs. Especially now, during these tumultuous times, you know that Dr. Hayes and his team will take great care of you. I always feel, after a visit, a sense of relief and comfort. He is honest, forthright, straight forward and highly competent, so you KNOW you are in great hands. Best Doctor around.
