IM SO HAPPY TO FINALLY FIND A GOOD DOCTOR IN MONROE🙌. She is patient and kind, a very good listener and she is extremely helpful. She never rushes out of the room like most doctors do.

Amazing, caring and very intelligent, Dr. Hehl-Bisson is the best doctor I have ever seen. You can tell that she cares about her patients.

I would give 5 stars if I was solely basing this on the doctor but I'm not. I have had to call a few times and I'm constantly told by the front desk that Dr. Hehl wouldnt be able to help me. Maybe they should just give her my messages and let her decide if she can help me or not. After all, shes the one with the medical degree not them. I will continue to see her but I will no longer tell the office staff why I'm coming in that way I can actually talk to the doctor. 5 stars for the doctor, only a couple for the office staff.

I've been a patient of Dr Hehl-Bisson for a few years and I could not ask for more. The Dr is always focused on my quality of life and is willing to spend as much time with me as needed. I'm blessed to have found her. I read some of the other reviews and I need to tell you the office staff has always been very professional but friendly and go above and beyond in their support and direction with me.

Not exactly sure what all these negative reviews are about? Dr. Hehl-Bisson is super amazing. The staff is quite awesome too! I have been with this office for 5 years. My kids go here, my grandson goes here. My husband goes here. We all absolutely LOVE everyone in this place!!! Dr. Hehl is always hands on and always to the point. Absolutely love her. Wouldn't trust anyone else with mine or my family's healthcare. Jennifer (staff) is always pleasant and friendly as well as all the office ladies. Keep up the good work Newport Beaumont. Your all doing a perfect job... (:
