I can’t imagine entrusting my eye care to anyone else except Dr. Cooke & Great Lakes Eye Care. Dr. Cooke performed cataract surgery for me & for the first time since I was 10 years old (50+ years ago), I am glasses free. I had severe astigmatism & I now see 20/20. The surgery was pain free with easy to follow instructions for aftercare. I continue to see Dr. Cooke for my eye care. He & his entire staff are professional, friendly & go over and above to care for me. They treat me with respect & ensure that all of my questions or concerns are addressed clearly & completely. Thank you to Dr. Cooke for literally changing my life & thank you to his entire staff (Shelby, Michelle, Grace, Jennifer, and too many others to name). You are truly the very best.

The overall experience at Great Lakes Eye Care is usually excellent. However, today's experience fell short, and I realize that there will be times when this will happen. I am confident, however, that this issue that occurred today will be resolved in a loving and kind way. Hopefully, as a result, we will all grow from it and exude more patience and understanding, making all involved better. I rated the overall experience at a five and am satisfied with that result. Thanks to all of you for what you do. Blessings!
