Receptionist is wildly rude and aggressive. Should not be allowed to speak to customers regarding their insurances; yelled twice. Definitely advising others not to use these docs.

Why schedule an appointment for 1:30 if you can’t actually see me until well after 3:00? I was there with my infants appointment for over two hours. He fell asleep waiting and the doctor wanted him awake and said, “We will come back to you. You’re not in a hurry to go anywhere, are you?” ID ALREADY BEEN THERE OVER TWO HOURS. They do not value their patients time at all. Then I went to check out and the lady at the desk said, “Do you know where they put your chart?” Why the heck would I know that?? So I had to wait even longer while she ran around trying to find that. Ridiculous.

My elderly father went to see Dr. Seward. The doctor treated his assistant like trash and kept condescending her. Having just moved to the area, this was my father's fist time visiting Dr. Seward. My father has had an eye condition for the last two decades, so he knew what questions to ask considering this was his first visit. Dr. Seward apparently did not like my father's questions and then began to condescend my father and treat him very poorly. If you take your eye health serious and ask the appropriate questions, apparently Dr. Seward will take it personal and go out of his way to make your experience terrible.

Used to love this place. The doctors used to be so nice, and quickly took care of you. Any more, it seems the doctors are rude, and just dont care, and every time the wait is at least 3 hours! ridiculous!!! This place has really gone down hill.

Rudest woman!My doctor apparently made referral for me, without telling me. Since I'm not a sheep I called to inquire about this. Womanwas sarcastic. I wanted to talk with my doctor before making any appointments.Apparently this didn't suit her.Constantly interrupting me during explanation.Some people need be quiet and listen to potential patient instead of driving them away.

Awesome experience...Kent was such a joy to talk to, he made me feel like an old friend, and Dr. Seward is absolutely wonderful, I highly recommend Great Lakes Eye Care to everyone...Thanks again!!

If you see Dr. Seward . Don't bother to show up on time. He is always at least a half hour late on his appointment

This company does not stand behind the glasses that they sell, even when the product is defective. They offered no real solution to the problem. Save your money and go somewhere that cares about more than money. I would have given 0 stars if it would have been possible.
