I couldn't give a worse review for this provider. She is unprofessional and untactful. After struggling through the first two weeks of breastfeeding, any mother would need to be reassured. *Common sense* "Specializing in pediatrics," she has no business seeing neonates if she cannot appropriately communicate with mothers. Telling a mother she is starving her newborn baby, when she is clearly making a strong effort in bf'ding and supplementing her newborn, is highly inappropriate and neglectful. If a provider has concerns it is their duty to explain their concerns, listen to the pt's mother voice her concerns, and discuss a plan of care. She should be addressed and reprimanded for emotional abuse and delivering inappropriate care. I'd like a response back, that way I know if I should continue up the chain of command in effort to advocate for other mothers, so they don't also become victims of her abuse and neglect. Gone here for years. Treated myself and children. Always treated great. Wait time can be extra but the doctors, nurses and other staff make it completely worth it

Dr. Miller has a wonderful bedside manner. She actually listens to your concerns and takes her time with you. I am so grateful to find such a caring doctor for my son. Whenever he is sick he loves to see her.

So i will not discredit the doctors here, as one of them did catch our daughter's hip dysplasia right after she was born at the hospital. The office is clean and staff was accommodating. Loved the nurse practitioner here. She was helpful and concerned and knowledgeable. We stopped going here simply because they seemed to busy to be able to provide the attention and care our daughter required. On two separate occasions the nurse practitioner tried to get the doctors to come into room and look at our little one. And both were too busy. The nurse was great there also. Very kind and gentle. No hard feelings. And i understand there are not many pediatricians in the area..

I love Dr. Miller and so does my baby. She is so friendly; caring and genuine. She is soft spoken and very patient. Even when my daughter is throwing a fit Dr. Miller remains perfectly calm and collected!

Dr. Miller is a wonderful and caring Doctor.

I recommend her highly. Her staff can be a bit surly, but she is top notch. I am surprised someone of her caliber is in St. Joe and not in some metro area.
