Made an appointment a month ago. Today is appointment day. I receive a call at 9 am telling me I am out of network but can still see the doctor at 1:30….. if I bring cash. How is that not an illegal practice? Why did they wait until day of to tell me insurance wouldn’t work?? I could have sought an in-network doctor during the month I have been in excruciating pain and waiting. But thanks for making me miss at least another week of work while I seek out ANOTHER podiatrist Dr Fox and office. I hope y’all feel really good about yourselves! Made an appointment a month ago. I was a new patient for Dr Fox and I am happy that I saw him! Dr Fox explained my issue to me and he explained the way to fix it! Being a new patient I thought that it would take awhile, but I was in and out in an hour! His staff is friendly and efficient! I would recommend Niles Foot Clinic to anyone!!

They were very inconsiderate and refused to let us reschedule. We were told to find another office. My son is 10, has club foot, and needs a local place to do occasional checks.

Dr. Fox is extremely knowledgeable. He is good with kids, his staff is very kind and helpful.

Highly, highly recommend. Had an ingrown toenail surgically removed, and 2 days later, I can barely tell I had it done. They go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable and informed on the procedures they do. Staff was very friendly and Dr. Fox was very kind. Definitely try them out for all your foot/ankle needs!

The doctor is always very pleasant and never makes me feel like he is hurrying to his next appointment. The receptionist is pleasant and kind; appointment cancelling or changing is never a problem. This is a dr I would recommend to everyone.

I have never had a problem here. His receptionist is very nice and professional. We had a problem with our insurance, and this office was a real help in solving it. I've been coming here for 3 years, and find Dr. Fox very knowledgeable.
