Have been a patients of Dr Jason for years. He always takes his time and very good at diagnosing problems.

5 stars for Dr. Jason Postula-Stein's patients all seem to be very happy with his care. I prefer Jason over every other doctor I've ever seen. 2 stars for the corporate office staff and their policies.

Dr Jason treats all of his patients with detailed care. While you might have to wait a couple of hours to see him during an emergency visit, it's worth the wait. He doesn't stop investigating until he figures out what the problem is. Dr Jason has been my doctor for over ten years. I drive an hour to see him, just so I can continue to get this level of service from my provider!

I was a patient of doctor Jason PS for over 18 months in Northville. He never sent me out for any tests, never listened to my chest. Nothing. They would not prescribe me any type of medications. I had an appointment at 7 AM July; 5th, 2019. I arrived at 7:04 AM I was told to wait outside because the doctor was not in yet. I expressed that I had an appointment for 7 AM. I had to wait in the parking lot until he showed up at the clinic. I have waited over 90 min. there in the waiting room. Never Again. I found a very nice "new" doctor a block away. I can't imagine having to rely on any one there in a real emergency

This place should be investigated by the state medical board.

The front desk staff is rude, every time I’ve been into the office I’ve been incorrectly charged or billed for something this that or the other the last 9 months. The last time I checked in I informed the staff I hit my out of pocket max 6 months ago and she insisted on a co-pay. I told her I’d take it up with the insurance company. She picked up the phone and bad mouthed me to a coworker, thinking I was out of ear shot. I have been seeing Dr Jason for 4 years, I’ve been misdiagnosed for all these years, he blamed all sorts of things. The walls are thin, you can hear verbatim conversations next door and down the hall. You will hear the staff talk about you. I’ve seen patients check-in after me and we’re seen before me. It’s been increasingly worse over the years. The other review from July 31, 2019 is spot on and my experience too.

Dr Jason was a thorough doctor who listens. Appt wasn't a long wait either time. first appt took longer because I was a new patient. Had a concern on billing, they handled it immediately. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I have never been so disappointed in any of my doctor's or staff as I am here. You can hear the staff talk about other patient's and you can sense their feelings about you. The staff in Northville is EXTREMELY rude and those that go back and forth to South Lyon, are the same ones that carry these nasty awful attitudes. They are THE fakest group they've ever had. One guy in there is always complaining and bitching about something. My family has been coming to Northville since they first opened their doors and the staff has greatly decreased in honesty, kindness and they greatly lack compassion! If the doctors or nurse practioner takes longer than normal, they rudely interrupt with an hilarious excuse to hurry them up. Then afterwards, they treat you extremely crappy. It's getting out of control how patient's are being treated anymore here. I would highly recommend seeking out as many family medical doctor's as you possibly can before coming here. Sadly, we have tried to stick it out for over 20 years, but my family and I cannot take being treated in all these fake ways any longer. Dr. Jason has made a few too many mistakes with my daughter's healthcare and sadly tries to wedge his way out of his mistakes. Continually forgetting what he's prescribed and doesn't refer back to her previous appointment. Just when you thought you found a good doctor, over 20 year's later they are just tired of seeing us I guess. This is why new patients may love coming here, just wait until you've been coming here after a year and then think about how you were first treated. Best Wishes to All ... I waited THREE hours after my scheduled appointment for a fifteen minute refill. I always have to wait a minimum of 30 minutes after my scheduled time to be seen. It's on average a 1-2 hour wait. Absolutely ridiculous. Individual care my ass, they don't spend more time with you, they overbook for more money .

Have been with this team for years. Very thorough, professional, competent and caring. Amazing follow up, (screening saved my life). Changed my attitude about waiting.......worth waiting for!
