Very nice health center.
No I want to say more but no. I won't put more effect in then they will at seeing you.
Umhs medical care
Great place to receive care.
We thought this was the best place to be because it was supposedly part of UM. But in reality, such a terrible place with terrible reception desk folks not helpful, and the doctors who are not treating their patients the way they deserve. Their time is more precious then ours. Our lives are not important at all. The docs didnot call or show up when we had real troubles and medical issues. My family is done with this place.
This white, tall women with long hair, works at lab front desk was very rude, unhelpful, and not welcoming at all! I took my special need 3 year old child to his dr. appt and to get his blood withdrawal after ( since the lab was downstairs and looked fully staffed) This lab front desk lady gave me a number and told me to wait. I asked her if it’s going to be too long I’ll just grab the stool sample kit that the doctor ordered and leave and I will come back for the lab work some other day( he already had his doctor visit an hour earlier and he was getting over stimulated and anxious) She replied “you’re gonna have to wait anyway to get your stool kit ready” I said ok, thinking someone gonna grab the kit for me, it shouldn’t take more than 10- 15 minutes. I was wrong! I waited for 35 Minutes!! They skipped my number and called about 8-10 ppl after me. I went back to her and said since I have already waited this long just to get stool sample kit might as well get the lab done for him. she gave me the dirtiest look and like whatever. So I go back and wait trying to comfort my child who has severe autism thinking they gonna call me back at any minute but nope I was wrong. I felt they intentionally ignored me and my son probably because either they don’t know ( lack of training) or don’t want to (lazy) to deal with a special need child that at this point was throwing himself on floor crying and ready to leave. I went back to her and asked her to give me the stool sample kit that has been sitting in brown back behind her for the last 20 min. She handed to me without even looking at me neither apologizing about the long useless wait and all the inconvenient that it caused. She passed me the bag and immediately Turn her back on me and acted like she was looking at some files. I was beyond disgusted with her her rude, unprofessional behavior. UofM needs to do better on training their front desk staff. We’re not begging for services. We are paying patients. We need to be treated with dignity and professionalism or at least acknowledge special circumstances and have empathy! What a shame!!!
Doctors are great, stuff is very friendly but the billing department is terrible. We got a bill 9 months after service, completely overpriced and with no willingness to discuss these bills. They don’t even read the messages, just standard answers that doesnt fit to the question asked. Also I got one annual physical exam as virtual, doctor scheduled it that way. Again the billing department: could not bill it as preventative service due to in-house policy. Except my annuals i won’t do anything here, simply because the doctor is great.
Nurse bodyshamed my mother for her weight. Uncalled for.
Great therapy services. I'll definitely send my family here. I love going there. They are always friendly at the front door and the wait is minimal.
I have went to this center a couple times to see two different doctors in different specialty areas, as a new patient they spend about 5 minutes or less with you, and they do not care to ask questions nor care about your health. You would think that because they are part of a robust health system they would take care of their patients.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
