Everyone at Lakeshore Dermatology was very friendly and Dr Van Ittersum is very knowledgeable and was able to completely explain what was going to happen in my procedure.

I was in and out like a car wash. The nurse never once made eye contact. I am a person, I need to be treated like one. Dr vanittersum seems to have a monopoly on skin care in this area so I guess they can treat people as rude as they please. 1 star because zero wasn't an option.

I see Dr Van Ittersum yearly for skin cancer checks. He has occasionally had to take biopsies and he and his staff has performed other procedures like removing moles or lasering age spots. Plus he has consulted with me about removing a birth mark. He is very matter of fact and has always been professional and kindly answered all my questions. I will say, the skin cancer checks are uncomfortable because you have to sit in a paper gown and get scanned everywhere, but I don't think it would be pleasant anywhere with any doctor.

Dr. Van Ittersum is always in a happy friendly mood when he comes into t room. He quick, asked if I had questions then he done, wishes me a merry Christmas then moved on.

Dr. Van Ittersum runs a professional organization with people who care about excellence. As a doctor, he is precise, disciplined, and knowledgeable, takes no shortcuts, and treats each visit as important no matter the level of seriousness. I trust and value his opinion because he doesn’t waver from best practices.

Foremost, I trust in Dr Van Ittersum’s conclusions after he studies the dermatology issue. He is thorough in his explanations in terms that all could understand and then allows the patient to make the treatment decision. I have never been disappointed in his work. His staff are cordial, efficient and patient. Scheduling is never a problem, and the friendly reminders are always welcome. I highly recommend Dr Jason Van Ittersum for any dermological issue.
