Great experience, Nidhi Bhatnagar was my Physical Therapist and she did an amazing job with my carpal tunnel problem, there is no more pain and I recovered 85% of mobility in a couple of months.

The woman that makes appointments over the phone is rude and very unprofessional. First time I called she hung up on me before I could even ask for directions. The second time I called to get directions she denied hanging up on me the first time and was rude and very disrespectful.

The Novi office is amazing! I’ve been with them for so long and don’t plan on switching. Kiersten and Glenora are as awesome as it gets and Dr. K is pretty great too!

After two weeks of calling neurologist offices across Metro Detroit trying to find care for my mother, who I believe may be developing dementia, I was feeling completely discouraged. I contacted at least ten offices (some never returned my calls), and one person even laughed when I asked if they were accepting new patients or had any upcoming availability. My first call with AIN was completely different. My call was answered immediately, and the level of care, compassion, and professionalism Kristine L showed me was truly exceptional. She listened with empathy, treated my concerns seriously, and most importantly, helped me actually secure an appointment. During such an overwhelming time, her kindness and willingness to help meant more than I can say. This experience restored my faith in patient care. Thank you.

The doctors here are good but I cannot stand calling the office or dealing with the office staff. The staff is exceptionally rude. Having to interact with them for simple things like making or rescheduling appointments is enough to make me consider switching doctors altogether.

Been calling to find out where to go get emg and mri i don't drive and the transportation only goes around Howell haven't received any answer

Trash receptionists, very rude and unprofessional. I called to schedule an appointment Friday noon and they refused to give me their contact information and the exact address because they have many branches in different cities. The receptionist was very rude and she told me that she will not give me the address unless I give her the PCP name! Then I kept calling and nobody's picking up the phone while they're close at 5 PM.

The entire staff at the Novi office was fabulous!!! Dr. Mark Silverman has great patient care skills, listened to my mom, and is extremely thorough. I highly recommend him! Yolanda was awesome! They were extremely busy at the checkout desk and she stepped in to help check us out quickly and efficiently! I was a Practice Manager for several physician offices in the past so I know great staff and efficiency when I see it! I highly recommend this office!
