Christine Lepoudre's Online Review Report Card

The negative reviews are accurate. My dad suffered with his cochlear implant, so I took him to her to get an opinion. She had the nerve to minimize his extreme discomfort, as if she had experienced his maladies.

Dr. Lepoudre was the worst "doctor" I've ever seen. She wouldn't listen to my symptoms and medical history, insisted on an unnecessary procedure which cost me hundreds of dollars, was rude when I expressed discomfort during the procedure, and proceeded to argue with me about my skepticism of her "diagnosis". She should have her medical license revoked.

Dr. Lepoudre is an excellent physician. My family and I have been under her care for many years. She is an expert in her field and genuinely cares about her patients and making sure they have the best possible outcome. I appreciate her knowledge and explanations. Please remember she is a specialist and some of her patients may take additional time which might mean that you wait a little longer to see her. Rest assured she will provide you with the best care possible and take the time needed when examining you/discussing a treatment plan. Additionally, her staff is welcoming and respectful.

Absolutely The Best ENT Ever. In 1988 I was 8 and had severe Tonsillitis and had to have them removed As well as my adenoids. She made me feel extremely calm about having my surgery done... Would recommend her to Anyone that needs to see and ENT... Love you Doc and Thank you... Have Never had any issues since.. Even was able to eat and hold down a Burrito Supreme 8 Hours after my surgery.💚💚💚

Did Not address or do what initially appointment was to be & gave the same test previously!! Ignored my request & concerns! Extremely disappointed because my request was dismissed & expects us to return...NO

The complaints about wait time are understandable, however the reasoning behind waiting is fair, and poor wait times is the least of your concerns when looking for a doctor. I saw Dr. Christine Lepoudre for a septorhinoplasty and she rightfully takes her time with each patient and is willing to teach you about your issues, unlike many doctors that will you quickly send you out the door. I am very happy with my results and how she treated me as a patient.

Dr Lepoudre was on it! She was thorough in her exam and explained everything so that I could understand easily. She was extremely knowledgeable and experienced! I was very impressed with her and the time she spent with me explaining my condition.

My PCP recommended Dr. Lepoudre. I thought her name sounded familiar - and then I saw the review that she called someone "a baby." I had the exact same experience 12 years ago! She talked down to me and was very disrespectful.

Both myself and my wife had separate, new patent, visits within 2 days of each other. The visit was for a basic hearing test (we are in our early 50's), with a simple review of the test, each of us spent 20 to 25 minutes with the Dr. Then the bills arrive, and they are very different (the time charged for one was 30min, ok that works) and the other was for 45 min (and $64 more), From my view this is clearly dishonest, after a clear discussion with the billing dept, they would make no changes.
