One of the most unprofessional groups I have ever dealt with. Needed to see a GI Dr due to blood test results. Set up appointment and was given the wrong address. Called back to figure out where I was supposed to be (on hold for over an hr). When I finally got through to reception I was rescheduled with an appointment the day before Thanksgiving. I left work early, showed up to the appointment and their doors were locked. Never received a call asking to reschedule, never received a call apologizing after the missed appointment. I've never done one of these reviews, but these guys were so bad I felt compelled. Stay away. One of the most unprofessional groups I have ever dealt with. Dr. Ngo is very knowledgeable and has an excellent bedside manner. He took a lot of time to explain everything and he answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed. I definitely recommend this doctor.

Wonderful GI! He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He has a great bedside manner and has helped me manage my symptoms. Dr. Ngo is the best Gastroenterologist I have ever seen. He took my case seriously and was extremely compassionate when other doctors wrote me off. His personality makes me feel comfortable and thanks to him, I am now getting the care and attention I needed.

I don't usually write reviews because they are usually either very bad or very good, but I have been seeing Dr. Ngo for several years now. He has been very kind and understanding. He has helped me out of a very difficult medical situation and works very hard to keep me in good health. I don't know what I'd do without him. I find the office can run a little slow, but when I I get to see the doctor I never feel rushed and he does take the time to answer all of my questions. I have recommended several friends and family members go to see him and they are all happy as well. I hope this comment was helpful.
