I would never recommend this dump Horrible customer service waste of time and money inconsistency with servers. The contract is BS and full of lies Last but not least I over heard two nurses talking bad about a patient How unprofessional is that??

Ideal image is AMAZING. The staff is AMAZING and the results are AMAZING. I have been doing laser treatments for a very long time due to having a lot of facial hair from PCOS. I came across ideal image on 2011 and will never go to another place. The lifetime plan they have is great because my hair will never be fully gone forever. I have to have touch ups from time to time and they make it so easy. I have been to locations in GA AL STL and MI. I have never had any issues. I can not stress enough how great they are.
