Staff and provider are caring and efficient!
He was condescending and cut me off when trying to explain my health concerns. He wouldn’t take a moment to listen to me. Very rude and inappropriate. Worst experience with a physician to date!! I am surprised I allowed him to speak to me in that manner and dismiss me. I will not be returning to his office ever again. Doctors are supposed to care for you -Health-care, not dismiss you. I would not recommend him to anyone. There are plenty of other specialists you can see.
My one star is mostly for the wait time and the rude, smug Medical Assistant that works with Dr. Weingarten. There is no communication between the office staff, medical staff and patients. We waited 1 1/2 hours for a 5 minute appointment just to get the earwax removed out of my 93 year old mothers ears who has dementia and uses a walker. When I checked in, I asked the lady behind the desk if the doctor was running late with his appointments. I was told yes, but it shouldn't be too long. After waiting 11/2 hours, we were finally taken into an exam room. I asked the Medical Assistant if the Dr. would be in shortly, and she rudely stated she didn't know as there was still a patient that the Dr. needed to see whose appointment was 1 hour before ours. After the long wait time, my mother needed to use the restroom. When I asked where their restroom was, the Medical Assistant stated she couldnt use the office restroom and she would need to use the public restroom at the front of the building which is a REALLY long walk. When I tried to explain that my mother was 93, and using a walker she gave me attitude and told me she has to use the restroom at the front of the building. She had NO compassion at all! I know I could have left and rescheduled, but it takes a lot of time getting my mother ready and transporting her to her appointments. I also understand things can come up to make a Dr. run behind, but the front desk desk should be able to communicate that to the patients, especially when the Dr. is that behind. A doctors apology is not enough. They need to do better. Most doctor offices expect you to be on time, so I expect the same from them with some leeway. Unfortunately we will not be going back.
He's amazing!!
Did and great job diagnosing and treating would recommend everyone to give him the opportunity
Everyone was very professional. Dr Weingarten gave me a thorough examination. Excellent audiologists helped with hearing aid technology, answering questions with clarity.
This was my second visit. Each time, the front staff was mechanical, speaking in one word questions: “Name,” “Birthdate,” without ever saying “Hello.” Dr. Weingarten didn’t know why I was there and he rushed through my appointment to send me on my way. The young lady at checkout was a bit more friendly. Overall, I feel unimportant as I’m rushed in and out the door.
Went for a medical issue he spent exactly 3 minutes with me and was interested in selling hearing aids more than my problem so if you're looking for a hearing aid salesman possibly him but if you're looking for a ENT you may want to look elsewhere
I’ve been coming to this practice for 14 years. The drs here are wonderful. We mostly see Dr Weingarten. He did my kids ear tubes.
I’ve been going to Dr. Weingarten for years. He is very personable yet professional. He recently made a procedure that was a little nerve racking quick and easy and it was over before I knew it. I highly recommend him if you are so lucky.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
