Dr Faber is fabulous, but his office staff are not educated in the billing department. I was rather upset to Find out after 4 visits to his office that he was “in network tier 2”, my referring doctor also part of Trinity health was in network with no issues. Prior to my appointment I even asked what my billing codes were to submit to BCN, but they said they would not know that until I had the procedure. Each visit I asked if my only payment was my copay and they said only the 30 dollars, after receiving hundreds of dollars in bills, I spoke with their office manager Jennifer, who admittedly stated that she would have to educate her staff on answering questions about insurance. She however took zero responsibility. I also spoke to Dr Faber, he even shared that he had heard this same complaint from some of his other patients as well. Dr Faber who truly is kind, and cares about his patients , however he unfortunately works for a corrupt organization, Trinity Health will pretty much bill anyway they can to extract every cent out of you. So, Dr Faber is great at his craft, but make sure you get the billing codes you need, and insurance is confirmed in writing before stepping into that office. It’s a shame bc I’ll never ever go to a Trinity health physician ever again because of this frustrating and unpleasant experience with their billing and office staff.

Dr. Faber is awesome. I have had several doctors be pretty dismissive about my pain but he's on board 100% and is open to discussing your goals, concerns, etc. If you have musculoskeletal pain anywhere in your body, please do yourself a favor and see him. ❤️
