Dr. Kimpson is absolutely wonderful!! The first visit, he is all business. I’m sure it’s because he has so many trying to get pain meds for the wrong reasons. Once he knows you’re legit, there is nothing this man won’t do to help!! He is an absolute treasure!!

Dr Kimpson and his staff is very knowledgeable and helpful I have been a patient of Dr Kimpson over 15+ years he as always listened and gave great advice when it came to my medical needs even when I was no longer treating with him and the pain came back he immediately got me in to see him and started my care he is far the best pain management Dr and I would recommend him anyway of the week!!!!

Been trying to get an appointment for almost a month now and cannot get a call back or anything. I’ve called and left several messages (about 6 messages) even went online to make an appointment and nothing. This place is very unprofessional and I will definitely be looking into a different doctor

Dr Kimpson and staff are kind and friendly however they are not very prompt at returning messages and rarely if ever can you get a live person on the line leaving the only option to communicate with them being by message.

I’m not sure of any other patient but my experience with Dr Kimpson and his staff has been absolutely wonderful! He listens and makes sure that he analyzes every issue that you are having! If you have pain it would be best to get with this doctor you will get a quality of life back! Le Scott

Dr Kimpson has given me my life back! He has been in my back over 40 times (injections and RF nerve elation). He also cared for my mother during the end stages of her life. He has my trust and respect!

The best pain clinic, I've been a patient for almost 20 years. Look nowhere else. The office staff is a 10 star, the nursing staff is a 10 star.

If you're tired of the lack of customer service from your doctor THEN YOU DEFINITELY DON'T WANT TO GO HERE!!!! First it was a nightmare to get my initial appointment. Then when I go to the actual appointment I'm unable to present my case to the doctor and only saw a PA who clearly did not pass along my extensive history. After 6 weeks and numerous messages left on the nurses line I've yet to hear anything back from any of my calls until I left a threatening message which finally was responded to with them accusing me of lying about the dozen messages left beforehand. I will be disputing any bill they may present and will consider further legal proceedings if they attempt to argue. This place is a total disgrace to the medical profession!!!!
