Dr. Azeez is the best PCP I've ever had. I received the recommendation for him from another doctor who advised that Dr. Azeez is the physician the doctors in his facility use as their PCP. He is very thorough, spends a lot of time with you and is very responsive when contacted by email. I highly recommend him.

My overall experience with Dr. Azeez has been excellent so far. I do know him personally but as my primary physician, he has gone above and beyond my expectations from a primary physician. I recently tore my toe ligament while working out in the gym. Dr Azeez saw me at the earliest possible and after all the requisite tests, advised me to go in for an MRI and X-ray. He took personal interest in all my lab results and made recommendations as needed. Very caring.

Very Poor Treatment Today from Henry Ford Medical Center. I saw Dr. Nasser Azeez at 3:00 pm due to 5 days of a sore throat and a bad cough. There was a mix up with the prescription being sent correctly and I am still unable to get the antibiotics that I was supposed to get from the doctor prescription. I made several calls to the office and spoke to rude uncaring people. Everyone makes mistakes - not one person was willing to take the time to clear up this issue. I went to the doctor and expected to be treated--so far not treatment and no one at Henry Ford can help. I have not been called back. Very Poor Medical Treatment-I is glad I do not have a worse illness. Nothing on this rating matters if I do not get what I need due to an error that is not handled by anyone.

A very nice dr who takes his time to advice and explain medical issues to you carefully. He is also very articulate and takes care of your problem like many excellent and caring physicians.
