The Staff were all spectacular. Especially Mrs. Andrea Jones who drew my blood:)
I had my initial visit with DrZaid and could not have been happier. Dr Zaid took the time to understand my medical history and I look forward to working with him as my primary care physician.
If you’re reading this, take as your sign not to go to this facility. I’ve seen 3 doctors here. The only one that treated me thoroughly has left the practice. Dr Zaid told me my tiredness was from stress. Typical male doctor. I had mono.
He is our family primary care practioner and we are very comfortable working with Dr. Zaid. He is very caring and patient friendly , explains things in a way that is easier to understand.
Compassionate, caring and professional. He is a wonderful doctor who returns patients requests, questions and concerns promptly. I recommend him without reservation!
Superb health care, much appreciated compassion, and prompt service, all combined in one place -- #PrimeCareOfNovi

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
