Unprofessional wife went for a CT and the doc said all he could see was her beautiful body unprofessional and harassment!
I went in for a stat CT decided it was not needed and that I should have ultra sound instead. Now thinking it's a STAT ct and they changed it I would have it done then but nope have to wait till Monday for it now.
I'm an uninsured cash patient who was referred to Envision for a mammogram & stress test. I asked them for the cash rates since I do not have insurance. I was ok with the pricing, so I scheduled my appointments and paid at the time of service. To my surprise I received a bill a few months later. They had charged me more than originally quoted and collected on the visit. I called the billing department (outsourced overseas of course) and was told I would have to wait 30 business days to have it investigated. In my opinion that's an insane time frame. When I called to talk with someone at the facility the nice lady told me they are not trained regarding billing or prices (however she did listen to me voice my frustration, so I really appreciated that.) Then when I reached out to the supervisor at the facility via email she never bothered to respond. As a patient and a consumer, I feel like I was misled and taken advantage of. If I'm not quoted the corrected pricing, how can I make an informed decision about my care. I think it is incredibly irresponsible that the staff is so inadequately trained. When I checked out AFTER the visit was over that was the time for the staff to charge me for all the services performed. Then we could have discussed the discrepancy right then and there. Receiving this bill 2 months later seems shady and greedy. Since I am an office manager at a specialist office, I am somewhat familiar with how offices run and if my staff where this inadequately trained on pricing I would be embarrassed, and it would be addressed. Myself or my family will not be back.

I had an 8am appointment, I was given the new building address for (Village Medical)I arrived early not knowing (because I wasn't told and it's Not on their recording) envision diagnostic is inside the Hillside building (it wasn't on the voice recording) no one was there. I called the old recording came on for the Lewis Dr address I went there and the building was closed, I went back and forth from building to building and I finally gave up heading home driving out of my way due to construction. I called after 8am and the new building recording came on, then I got the receptionist who was impatient and rude.
Yet another medical center that cares more about if a mask is on your face within 1.5 seconds of entering the building than their actual patients. You know….the people that they are supposed to be servicing / taking care of. I can’t speak for the whole staff, but specifically the girl with the short, black, shaved hair doesn’t need to be working with people, since she apparently doesn’t care about them at all.
Austin is always so pleasant to speak with. He has great patient care!
Good service from receptionist and ultra sound tech.
Rachel (receptionist at the front desk) was very informative, helpful, and pleasant. Thank you, Rachel
I came in for testing on Friday Feb. 11, 2022, the tech was wonderful, and I don't recall her name she was polite and professional. I work in a doctor's office and the girls at the front desk were so unprofessional, loud and acting like my 12-year-old. Everything was a big joke to them. There is a time and place for everything but not at the front desk. You are the first thing a patient see, and you are representing the company you are working for. Did not make a good first impression.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
