He was nice, friendly, caring, explain what we’re gonna do next. and I felt like he wasn’t in a hurry. And need to say what he had to say, and then run out of the room. He took his time listen to me and we made a plan.

Dr provide information, treatment options and I decided on the injection treatment for yesterday. I was informed of what to expect and what to do if I need follow up. Dr was very pleasant and helpful and efficient.

We sent paperwork into them about 2-3 weeks before my husband carpal tunnel visit. We are from Owosso to Oscoda n 15 minutes before his appointment they called n said they didn’t take his insurance. We are 15 away from their office. Why did they wait 15 minutes before appointment to let us know about the insurance. They had at least 1-2 weeks to let us know about the Insurance. I had to at least give a 1 star so I could give my review I really felt they didn’t even deserve that.

Very professional and friendly from front desk to Doctor. Very thorough in explanations regarding injury and options. We felt at ease and confident every step of the way and would recommend Dr Truluck and his staff!
