Medi-Weightloss Okemos's Online Review Report Card

I've tried doing business with this company a couple times. I'm going to rate them a two-star only because you have to rate them on Google. All I really want to do is explain the frustration I've had trying to business with this company. I almost did business with them a year and a half ago. It took the manager or the owner she's been there a while I can tell by her voice on the phone about a week and a half to get back with me. She was very knowledgeable but was really pressing to see if I had insurance. Which I didn't. That shouldn't matter. She doesn't know my history or who I am. She doesn't know how much I make . I'm a business owner I know how to treat people my family's been in business for over 50 years. I decided not to go with them at that time. Fast forward a year and a half to now. I left an online request a week ago with no response. I called Tuesday the lady asked me are you a new customer existing I said new she ask me to hold . 10 minutes later I hung up. I tried calling back no answer. I called the next day Left a voicemail now it's two days later no one ever got back with me. I noticed under Google reviews everyone so thrilled about them. I'm sure this is a very good program. And I'm writing this out of frustration from the way they respond with people. It's not a very professional company I don't think. I noticed they don't respond to your Google reviews very well either. I've done business with this company for 2 months now. Once we got over the first hurdle of them getting back with the customers at a timely manner. The program has been great The employees have been great there. I would recommend this company.

The staff are wonderful and professional and have helped me every step of the way on my journey to a new healthy lifestyle. i had such a hard time with losing weight on my own and after coming to medi-weight loss i’m so excited to actually see results in such a short time!

I have had a wonderful experience at Medi-Weightloss of Okemos. I heard about it on the radio and wanted to try. I have lost 32 pound in only 3 and 1/2 months. I am almost to my goal weight and couldn't be happier. The staff are very friendly. They have guided me and helped me very closely with this journey. I can't thank them enough.
