I was very happy with Dr Robinson and her assistant (Zack I think?). I’ve had them treat me twice and they are both great! She took the time to explain the different options for treatment with me and gave me her advice on which one she thinks would result in less scarring. Everything went so smoothly and I will definitely return for any future dermatology needs.

Saw Dr. Hwang for psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. She was wonderful. Listened to what I said and quickly got med approved through my insurance. She personally called me herself to tell me. Most Dr.s have their nurse or MA do that. Highly recommend her. The office team are very friendly and welcoming.So after waiting and waiting and waiting I am going to edit my previous review of 5 stars. I have been waiting a month now for a script for Stelara for my psoriatic arthritis. It is quite painful! The Dr. was right on this at my first appointment. Now, I have been waiting and waiting. The insurance had approved it then denied because my weight wasn't turned on time by this office. They got my weight the second time and it was approved again and finally sent to pharmacy. Once I called pharmacy to check on script they said it can't be filled until they get more info from dermatologist office. I have called and of course no response. Very upsetting when you're in pain and they just sit on it as if they don't care. I'm thinking it would probably be quicker just to start over with a new Dermatologist office. 😔

Sherita was great at listening and asking questions related to my concerns. She inquired about the efficacy of prior treatments as part of her exploration in determining treatment options. I was not rushed & the ended first visit feeling hopeful.I have had two office treatments & follow a daily regimen with visible progress.
