I don't often go to urgent cares so not sure how to compare. I did visit on Sunday morning, (glad it was open) so not very busy. The first-time check in was easy, the receptionist helpful and pleasant, saw the doctor in a short time and sensed a level of professional care from the doctor, who also was pleasant. I will choose this place if I have a need in the future.

We did have a longer wait than our appointment but they had a laceration come in. They kept us informed and let us know as soon as times changed. The staff was amazing and very patient and informative.

Terrible website with some basic but fatal flaws that certainly prevent patients making appts--even when ots working properly. Wouldnt make appt by phone despite website not functioning that day. Clean place w apparent good doctor once I arrived
