The staff has been very pleasant. Today I went in with tooth pain and tho they couldn't fix it right then, they gave me all my options. I appreciate there being a dental practice that accepts my insurance in the area.

I had not been to a dentist in years out of fear and that resulted in me needing dentures. Eleanor Manzini and the staff had to deal with my blood pressure spiking high and she took the time to work with my primary doctor Nicole Rice and we got it under control and made it possible for me to get my teeth pulled and now I will have dentures soon . I also had very little pain an I would recommend Eleanor Manzini to anyone having anxiety to go to the dentist. Thanks to her and the staff at Alcona Health Center dental center I will be smiling at my daughter's wedding this summer. Again thank you all for your patience and understanding.

Wow well they tried to call me the night before my appointment and came in for an appointment the next day not knowing it was canceled, I talked to Josie who wanted to reschedule me for over a month out when suffering severe dental pain when I waited over a month for this appointment. I got upset and asked why and she scheduled a week from canceled appointment. So I like the actual dental staff but I don't feel I deserve an attitude when I approach her friendly and in a good mood. The receptionist seems to not care about patients like the actual trained medical staff does and despite being polite to her she was condescending and rude with me.

Everyone is very nice and helpful. They make sure you are comfortable and anything special you need they will find the best way to accomplish it for you. Very professional me and my granddaughter have had lot of procedures done.
