Angela Badra's Online Review Report Card

My husband and I have been patients of Dr Badra for 17 years, and she has been the very best in caring for us in numerous major and minor health issues. She makes an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan, and with understanding, communicates it well. She takes the time needed to get the best result, which leads to a good wait at times for the appointment, but I am prepared and it is very well worth it to get excellent care from Dr Badra and her wonderful staff.

I have been a patient here for 4 years, many times my appointment was rescheduled after having to plan to take off work and make plans around my appointment. Working in healthcare I understand things coming up, but almost every time was annoying. Then today I came in to be seen for an ER follow up, for something rather Urgant, only to be told they no longer take my insurance. Well they should have checked that before I showed up, and called me. Thankfully I got in just down the street in two days, as much of a pain as it is to change PCPs I am kinda thankful this happened today and forced me to change because I’m tired of the issues with this office. When you can get seen the care is great, it’s getting seen that’s the issue.

Visit here every time I have something going on. Definately coming back everytime.

Will never be going here again. Multiple times I have had to deal with them not billing the correct insurance even though they had the right insurance on file. They are nothing but problems and can never get ahold of anyone, nor do they call back.

The most amazing experience EVER!!! I saw the nurse practitioner Carly, and she was absolutely delightful in every way! She made me feel important and listened to my every need. I would recommend this office to everyone searching for an amazing female Dr. I haven't met Dr. Badra yet, but have heard wonderful things about her as well. :)Fast forward a year and now I was able to see Dr. Badra. She is so kind and understanding. I LOVE how caring and concerned she was for my well being. Well worth the wait! Tip.... if you call 30 minutes prior to your appointment, they will inform you if she is running late, and that way you won't have to wait so long. Dr. Badra is the BEST! : )

Dr Badra is simply awesome. Our family's medical issues are many, and she is on top of everything. She eases my mind and takes the time needed for treatment. She is intelligent and caring, as is her staff. After 16 years as her patient, I am still pleased and impressed with her care. Taking time when needed often leads to waiting at the appt, but I am prepared and know it is well worth it. She has been a lifesaver!

Dr Badra has been my Dr for 16 years. I absolutely love her. She treats both myself and my husband, and between us we have enough medical issues to fill a book. Dr Badra often can forsee consequences of medications and illness long before it happens. This helps to ease my mind, help my health and give me a better outlook. She is patient and understanding much more than most. Be prepared to be awhile at her office since, when a patient needs more time, she will give them the care they need. I bring a book, or give the receptionist my cell phone number and wait or nap in the car. Dr Badra is a rare one, and I have seen many doctors at many locations, including U of Mich and Cleveland Clinic. I am very grateful for her care.

Dr Badra is an outstanding Dr that myself and my husband have been seeing for 16 years. We have many medical issues, and she is always knowledgeable, patient and kind. She spends a good amount of time when you need it. Be prepared to wait, but it is very much worth it. We are so happy to have Dr Badra taking good care of us. We have multiple health issues, so it's not an easy thing by any means, but Dr Badra gives wonderful care.

Dr Badra is (best of the best) . Extremely knowledgeable in the medical field. She cares about her patients!!!

I waited for over 3 hours before i even got in a waiting room. at which point it was another half hour before i just walked out, there was no other explanation other than they were having issues with computers. nothing that made me feel at ease and no communication as to how much longer a wait i may have to expect.
